Corrugated board is made by the boards on the top, flute inside and board on the bottom.
Single-wall board has just one flute inside. Double-double wall has a two.
There is plenty of material that could be used and depends on quality according to DIN norm.

How to measure the box?
To have right dimensions of the box like a flap box you need to keep several rules:

How long it takes to get a answer on my request?
When we get your request our representative will contact you by the phone or e-mail. Price request is usually send in 24 – 48 hours if all the information presented, depends on quantity and types of requested package. You the request for your specific package you can find here.

Is the price inspired by the order quantity?
We work on job-order manufacture system so there is no problem for us to produce low quantity order. But you can be sure that the rule of higher quantity = better price works. The reason is because the price of incoming material is lower in higher quantity. Also production cost of the high quantity order is lower.
The Calculation request of the package can be send directly from our request form.

How long the production of the package takes?
The period of delivery depends on the package design, print design, quantity etc.
Standard time to prepare and start the production usually takes no more then 2 weeks. Standard Flap boxes usually take less. Inquiry. form.

What is the print cliché?
It is the print form which needs to be used to print your package. Print cliché is fixed right to the production line and can be reusable.
Price of the print cliché depends on color quantity and the size.

What is the die-cut instrument?
It is the instrument which needs to be used to cut the right design. Die-cut instrument is usually fixed right to the production line and can be reusable.

Do I have to take care about delivery or you can ?
Depends on you own resolution. Our company is accommodate by own fleet with the logistic centers all around the country. The products could be delivered on your established address. Delivery price will be calculated.

What the Just-in-time means?
JIT is the products delivery to the established place and date (time). Our dispatch department is open 24/7 so the Just-in-time is no problem at all. The map of our logistics centers find here.

What does mean the short-cut LDPE?
LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) is an important polymer used in the manufacture of plastic products. It is a low-density Polyethylene. Foils made by LDPE are transparent. They are made in two types – slippery and non-slippery in thickness of 25 – 200 µm (0,025 – 0,200 mm). They are deformed by the heat. Thermal endurance is -50 to +85°C, when the foils are submit to higher temperatures the physical features. They have a high chemical resistance in lower and higher temperatures and very good electro isolation features. LDPE foils are used as a packaging material or as a material for packaging production (bags of all kinds).

What does mean the short-cut HDPE?
HDPE (high density polyethylene) is a high-density Polyethylene named as Microten. It is thin foil made in 8 - 40 µm of thickness. Compare to LDPE is dimmer, stiffer, and more creasy with crinkle characteristic. The temperature resistance is -40 to +110°C. Can be use to package the high freeze food products. HDPE foils are used as a packaging material or as a material for packaging production (mainly in food industry)

What does mean the short-cut MDPE?
MDPE (mix/medium density polyethylene) is medium-density Polyethylene. Compare to LDPE is dimmer, stiffer, and more creasy based on HDPE mixture. Transparent foil compare to pellucid LDPE has a more expressive milk mist. MDPE foil is really engaged material for production of promotional bags. Her place for usage is where the LDPE foils are too soft and the HDPE is not possible to use.
